OnCue is a live event run sheet platform operated by S&B Event Advisory AS (org. no. 935 067 820), Jenshaugveien 32, 1363 Høvik, Norway ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account and using OnCue, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
OnCue is intended for professional use in the live events industry. You may use OnCue to create and manage run sheets, conduct live show execution, and share viewer links with colleagues. You agree not to: · Use OnCue for any unlawful purpose. · Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data. · Use the SMS feature to send unsolicited or bulk messages. · Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform. · Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the actions of any team members invited by you. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Team account owners are responsible for ensuring that all members comply with these Terms.
OnCue offers the following plans: Free: 1 active show, maximum 10 cues per show. No payment required. Pro: Unlimited shows and cues — €14/month or €140/year (excl. VAT). Team: Unlimited shows and cues, shared workspace for up to 5 users — €49/month or €490/year (excl. VAT). Additional seats available at €9/month or €90/year per seat (excl. VAT). All prices are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT will be added at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The SMS sharing feature allows you to send a single viewer link to a recipient of your choice. By using this feature, you confirm that: · You have the recipient's consent to receive an SMS from OnCue. · You will not use this feature for marketing, spam, or bulk messaging. · You take full responsibility for ensuring appropriate use of the feature. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio and is not guaranteed. We are not liable for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or filtered by carriers. Misuse of the SMS feature may result in suspension of your account.
OnCue is a professional productivity tool designed to assist in the coordination of live events. It is not a safety-critical or mission-critical system. You acknowledge that: · OnCue is provided as a supplementary tool. You are solely responsible for ensuring that adequate backup plans and manual procedures are in place for your events. · We do not guarantee that OnCue will be available or fully functional at any specific time, including during live productions. · We are not liable for any losses, costs, damages, or consequences arising from the failure, unavailability, or malfunction of OnCue during or in connection with a live event — including but not limited to cancellation fees, contractual penalties, loss of revenue, reputational harm, or any other direct or indirect losses. Use of OnCue for critical operational tasks is at your own risk. We strongly recommend that all users maintain independent fallback procedures.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://oncue.show/privacy. Your run sheet data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of content you create in OnCue. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you enter into OnCue does not infringe the rights of third parties. We make reasonable efforts to maintain data integrity, but we do not guarantee against data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to: · Perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect availability. · Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the service with reasonable notice where possible. · Discontinue the service entirely, in which case we will provide at least 30 days' notice and a means to export your data. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service unavailability, maintenance, or changes to the service.
OnCue relies on third-party infrastructure and services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (SMS), and Resend (email). These services are outside our direct control. We are not liable for any disruption, failure, or data loss caused by third-party service providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the data they process.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnCue is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: · Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. · Any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. · Any warranty that defects will be corrected. · Any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of results obtained through the service. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Norwegian or EU law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S&B Event Advisory AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use OnCue. This applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether we had been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100 — whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless S&B Event Advisory AS and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from or relating to: · Your use of OnCue. · Your violation of these Terms. · Your violation of any rights of a third party. · Any content you submit, post, or transmit through OnCue.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, internet or telecommunications outages, power failures, government actions, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@oncue.show. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of OnCue after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the service before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue. If you are a consumer residing in another EEA country, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
